SHOW REMINDER

The Show will start at 8PM on Sep 30 (Sat) and Oct 1 (Sun). Door will be opened at 6PM;

Sound Check Party

$1,799 (VIP PACKAGE) ticket holders can participate in the “Sound Check Party” event. Sound Check Party will start at 5PM on the show day, admission from 4PM, please get standby and queue outside Hall 10 beforehand. Participants must present your “physical ticket” to redeem VIP laminate and lanyard when entering the event venue.

If participants have not yet entered the event venue by the start of Sound Check Party at 5PM, staff will arrange participants to enter the venue depending on actual circumstance. ELF ASIA reserves the right to change or make the final decision in case of any dispute.

All $1,799 (VIP PACKAGE) ticket holders who are unable to enter the venue by the end of the Sound Check Party will be automatically considered as giving up their eligibility for the related benefits.

After the Sound Check Party ends, the audience can stay in the venue and wait for the performance.

Poster

$1,199 ticket holder can redeem 1 poster per ticket at the “Poster Collection Booth” located outside Hall 10, upon presenting the $1,199 ticket on the same day.

"2023 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘FLAME RISES’ IN HONG KONG” will be held on Sep 30 (Sat) at Hall 10, AsiaWorld-Expo. It is believed that the five members will bring their stunning live performance of their great hits, including "FEARLESS", "ANTI FRAGILE" and "UNFORGIVEN". Ticket Redemption Details

All physical tickets will only be made available and issued FROM 10AM, 8 SEPTEMBER 2023 ONWARDS. Please bring along the credit card/redeem code which you used for booking to redeem tickets at nearby Cityline UTDM (Ticket Dispensing Machines) at the earliest convenience.

For patrons who choose courier or locker service, they will receive tickets from 8 SEPTEMBER 2023 ONWARDS.

Notice to Ticket-Buyers

1. One person per ticket. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
2. Only allowed for person aged 6 or above, 6-12 year-old audiences must be accompanied by an adult.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to successful transaction.
4. Maximum 6 tickets per transaction.
5. Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Tickets purchased through Cityline are legitimate, subject to Cityline’s terms. If you purchase a ticket through any sources other than Cityline, Cityline cannot guarantee that ticket’s authenticity.
7. Cameras and AV recorders, food and drinks are also not allowed.
8. All copyrights of this performance are under the Organizer.
9. Please note that the venue only installed limited number of Ticket Dispensing Machines and it is suggested to redeem tickets before arriving the venue. Should you choose self-redemption, please bring along the credit card which you used for booking to redeem tickets at nearby Cityline UTDM (Ticket Dispensing Machines) or courier/locker service at the earliest convenience.
10. No reissue for any lost ticket will be processed under any circumstances.
11. Ticket holders are obliged to comply with the rules & regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo.

Admission Arrangement

1. All audiences are required to go through bag searches prior to entering the event hall.
2. For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff.

Important Notice

1. Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
2. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
3. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.
4. For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
5. Age limit for Seated zone: 6 or above.
6. Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
7. No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
8. No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
9. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
10. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
11. No standing on chairs.
12. No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.

13. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
14. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
15. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
16. No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
17. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
18. For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refund shall be provided.
19. No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
20. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
21. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
22. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
23. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
