We regret to inform you that“KNOWKNOW :《STREET BEETHOVEN》WORLD TOUR PART 1”, originally scheduled for February 21, 2024, has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Official tickets purchased through Cityline will be refunded.

Please note that a refund based on the ticket value printed on the tickets (not including the customer service fee and courier charge)

Refund Procedure for Tickets Purchased by Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD) and Digital Payments (PayMe / BoC Pay / Octopus / Alipay / Alipay HK)

Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card or Digital Payments account used for ticket purchase. The refund process will take approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the processing time of the individual issuing bank. No refunds will be issued in cash or by cheque for tickets purchased by Credit Card or Digital Payments.
