TIPS FOR MEMBERS PRIORITY REGISTRATION

The HK Phil hosts its iconic free annual outdoor music extravaganza, Swire Symphony Under The Stars, in autumn every year. This popular event attracts over 15,000 people every year, who enjoy this concert with a programme of orchestral favourites performed by the HK Phil under the night sky – complete with fireworks – with the city’s spectacular skyline as the backdrop. Bring you family, friends and a picnic, and experience a truly Hong Kong event.

Registration Tips

1. Login to the Member Priority Registration Page (Start from 24 OCT 10AM)

From 24 OCT 10AM onwards, input your Verification Code and Last Name (listed on the invitation email) to access the "Member Priority Registration" webpage of the Swire Symphony Under The Stars.

The Verification Code is a one-time code and cannot be duplicated/re-used. Please do not share or forward to others to avoid invalid registration.

Tickets are limited, first-come first-served.

2. Fill in the Information

Each registrant is entitled to register for up to four tickets.

Please note: Each ticket admits one person ONLY regardless of age.

3. Confirm the Details

Please check that the filled-in information, especially the number of tickets to be registered, is correct before you press "submit".

Once the registration is successful, the one-time Verification Code will be expired and cannot be reused.

4. Registration Successful & Ticket Dispatch

All registered tickets will be sent in one go to the email address provided.

Save the tickets on a smartphone or print the tickets. Please show the QR code on your smartphone or printed ticket for admission.

Do not fold or draw across the QR code. A non-readable QR code will prevent your admission to the event.

5. Seat Arrangement

Free seating arrangement and gates open for admission since 6PM.
