STEPS FOR ONLINE TICKET BALLOT REGISTRATION

The HK Phil hosts its iconic free annual outdoor music extravaganza, Swire Symphony Under The Stars, in autumn every year. This popular event attracts music lovers around the world every year, who enjoy a programme of orchestral favourites performed by the HK Phil under the night sky – complete with fireworks – with the city’s spectacular skyline as the backdrop. Registration Tips

1. Online Registration for Ticket Ballot (Starts from 24 OCT 12NN)

Online registration for ticket ballot are available for submission at Swire Symphony Under The Stars webpage (suts.hkphil.org/reg) from 24 OCT 12NN to 28 OCT 7PM.

All registrations made during the registration period have an equal chance of being selected. There is no need to rush to register.

Information needed for online registration for ticket ballot:

  • the name of the registrant (automatically become the main ticket-holder whose name will be printed on the ticket);
  • a valid email address and mobile number of the registrant, which will be used for notification of successful application;
  • selected date & time of performance, and;
  • the number of ticket(s) to be registered (maximum four tickets for either performance)
  • 2. Registration Success

    To ensure that the email is valid, registrants are required to verify their email by clicking the verification link in the email sent by the system during registration.

    Once the email is verified, all successful registrants will receive a confirmation email with a “Registration Reference Number”. This registration reference number will be used for the future announcement of the ballot result.

    If the registrant cannot receive the confirmation email, please contact Cityline at cs@cityline.com or call the customer service hotline at (852) 3761 6688 for assistance. Office hours of Cityline are between 10AM and 7PM Monday to Friday (except public holiday).

    Each valid email address and mobile number can win once at most. The system will only process the latest registered record if there is any duplication; all previous records will be voided.

    3. Announcement of Ballot Result

    From 31 OCT onwards, ballot winners can enter their “Registration Reference Number” on the designated webpage to check if their application is successful.

    Each successful applicant will also receive an email notification.

    The ballot result will also be published in newspapers (i.e. Hong Kong Economic Journal and The Standard) on 31 OCT.

    4. Ticket Dispatch

    All registered tickets will be sent to the email address of the ballot winner on or before 8 NOV in one go.

    Save the tickets on a smartphone or print the tickets. Please show the QR code on your smartphone or printed ticket for admission.

    Do not fold or draw across the QR code. Non-readable QR code will prevent your admission to the event.

    5. Seat Arrangement

    Free seating arrangement and gates open for admission since 90 minutes before the concert starts (i.e. 6PM on 16 NOV & 5PM on 17 NOV).
